Biography: Frances was a single woman of Liverpool. She had stolen a bonnet at Liverpool belonging to Edward Wilson. She was transferred to the County Jail at Lancaster Castle to await transportation where she was held for over a year.

Upon arrival, Frances was placed in the female factory and she was still recorded there in 1817, 1820 and 1821. In 1819 Frances had a daughter with (James) Patrick Connor (ship- Sir William Bensley) and a further son and daughters followed in 1821, 1826 and 1832. The family are listed together at Essex Lane Sydney as James and Fanny with children Ann, James and Elizabeth in 1828. No marriage records have been found for the couple

Frances died in March 1850, aged 55 and was buried within St James parish in a Roman Catholic plot.
