Biography: Mary Ann was a servant from Liverpool, originally from Belfast. She had uttered a forged £1 note at Liverpool. The death sentence she received was reprieved. Mary Ann was sent to Millbank jail from Lancaster on the second of November. There, she was described as having a mole on her right cheek, brown hair, grey eyes, a fair complexion and was 5ft 5 tall and had been of good character and was Catholic. Mary Ann was pardoned and discharged from Millbank on the 27th August 1823.
