Biography: Charlotte was from Manchester and single. She had already served time for previous felonies. This time she had stolen calico belonging to a Henry Lavery. She left Lancaster Castle on the 8th July and was sent to Millbank jail in London. There, she was described as 5ft tall, sandy hair, grey eyes and had been of a good character and was in good health. She was discharged from Mllbank on the 5th March 1821.
