Biography: Mary had stolen £55 14 shillings belonging to Daniel Ishewood. Whilst in jail at Lancaster, Mary was described as having been born at Newry, Ireland. Rather above the middle size (5ft 3), sallow complexion, grey eyes, light brown hair, a burn mark on left cheek, a small mole on her right temple and she was a servant. Her husband was William Morris and they had two children, he was a salt refiner at Newry.

Mary was sent to Millbank jail in London, where she was described as a good character. Mary was pardoned and discharged 4th June 1824.
