Biography: Martha had £58 of forged bank notes in her possession at Edge Hill, Liverpool. She was from Portadown, County Armagh and was described as having a fair complexion with light hazel eyes, brown hair and was 5ft 5. She was married and had had ten children, of whom only four were living. Her husband was at Liverpool. Martha was sent to Millbank jail in London on the 19th May 1821. There, she was recorded as having a good character in jail and was pardoned and discharged on the 30th April 1824.
