Biography: Ann, a needlewoman, had been discovered coining (forging) 34 base sixpences at Liverpool and putting off 24 of the same to John Ireland. The death sentence she received was reprieved on condition of life transportation.

On arrival, Ann was sent to the Parramatta Female Factory and was still there the following year. 1818 says she was married but no records show anything for our Ann. Ann was still in the female factory two years later in 1820 and in 1821 and after that there aren’t any records at this time.
