Biography: Phoebe had stolen a large quantity of woollen cloth. She was born in Herefordshire, but had been brought up in Kidderminster, she was a muslin weaver and had 2 children. She was described as being 4ft 11 with a sallow complexion, dark brown hair, grey eyes with a scar on left cheek near her mouth and a mole on right cheek. Her husband was in the New Bailey for same offence. She was sent to Millbank jail in London from where she was pardoned and discharged 10th May 1830.
