Biography: Mary had stolen a glass from R. Parker. She was transferred from Lancaster Castle to Preston’s House Of Correction in 1818 as demolition work was beginning on the dungeon tower where female convicts awaiting transportation were kept. She received a pardon and left Preston’s H.O.C. on the 16 April 1821.
