Biography: Elizabeth was a single woman of Preston. Her crime is unknown though was most likely a theft of property belonging to John Gornall (a linen draper of Preston) along with Margaret Broughton and others. After being held at Lancaster Castle, on the 9th August, she was taken in a group of eight other women to Chatham to board the transport ship.
Elizabeth died June 1807, aged around 40 and is buried at St John’s, Parramatta.
