Biography: Emelia (also Amelia) used the alias Matilda. She had stolen money off Samuel Lewis at Manchester. She had several past imprisonments. She was married twice in the colony, first to William Wilson (though possibly as a common-law wife) then to Anthony Brian. By 1818 she was free by servitude. Emelia was widowed by 1826 and lived at Kissing Point. She sold the land she had held with Anthony in 1839 and died in 1848.
